Phase II: Developing and prioritizing solutions.

Not all projects are alike. Some are single tiered, others multi tiered with multiple goals. The bottom line is, what makes the most sense for the business?

Phase III: Coordinating project launch.

Where the rubber meets the road and where the most issues can arise. Whether launching a website or rolling out a WAN solution, this phase depends completely on the proper execution of phases 1 & 2.

Phase IV: Evaluating the results.

Was the project really a success? Were timelines met and all goals achieved with the proper prioritization? Was proper communication with the client maintained? Real success vs. failure is ultimately determined here.
